Good to Know
Good to Know
Cook barley flakes, just like you would oats with milk or water and pinch of salt to make a warming alternative to traditional porridge. Or try baking them into a nutty granola or, mixing them with other grains, fruit, nuts and seeds to make your own muesli. You can even fold them in to homemade bread to boost fibre and add a nutty texture. How ever you decide to use them, they are bound to provide a wholesome and nourishing breakfast.
