We know that choosing the right vitamins and supplements can be confusing, so we’re refreshing our range across the coming year to make it simpler to shop.
Here are some of the changes we hope you’ll love:
Wherever possible, we’re contacting customers by email about the changes – to stay up to date, you can update your marketing preferences by logging into your online account.
While we refresh our range, there might be some gaps in availability of certain products or changes to the products and the ways you can buy them. Indeed, some may be discontinued as we continue to improve our offering. However, we can always help you to find an alternative if your favourite product isn’t available.
As part of our refreshed range, some products are now only available online or to order in store. It's quick and easy to do – just find out more on our website or ask an advisor in store for help. We can check specific products for you and help you to get them delivered, or we can find an alternative that is available to take home today.
If a like-for-like swap is available, your subscription will automatically be replaced with the updated product and you’ll receive an email explaining the change (such as the packaging, formulation or something else). You don’t need to do anything: your subscription will updated and your product will be sent as usual.
If there is no like-for-like product, then we will cancel the subscription and let you know via email. If you have opted in to marketing communications, this email will also contain a suggested alternative product for you. Payments for your current subscription will be paused and the subscription will appear as ‘inactive’ on your account. You will not be charged for products you haven’t had.
If you want to change your marketing preferences and ensure you don’t miss out on recommendations in future, you can update these by logging into your online account. You can also contact us or ask in store to find an alternative to your cancelled product.
As we roll out our new refreshed our range, we're actively contacting customers via email to let them know what’s changing and why.
If a customer regularly purchases a product and it’s no longer available, we want to be able to let them know about some products they can try instead.
We’ll also reach out if the formulation has changed or if a product is now available online only.
And if it’s just the packaging that’s changing, we’ll be in touch about that too – we want you to be able to recognise the new-look product in store.

We'll be refreshing our range over the coming year and are aiming complete the changes by spring 2025. With a wide range of products and even more stores, it may take a while before every single own-brand product is in the new packaging. But rest assured that we’ll only ever sell products that are in date – you can still buy your favourite with confidence, even if it’s in the old style!
You may see updates about new range online, on social and in store. But wherever possible, we will also inform customers by email.
If you have opted in to marketing communications, we will send you an email about the upcoming changes. This could include comparisons between old and new packaging, different ways that you can buy a product or a notification that your product is no longer available. If your favourite has been discontinued, we will recommend a swap based on the latest science – or we can recommend an alternative in store.
If you are not opted in to marketing communications, you may simply receive an email saying your product has had to go or that your subscription has been cancelled. So that you don’t miss out on suggested swaps or other recommendations in future, you can update your marketing preferences by logging into your online account.
